Berries Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients:

Berries (strawberries/raspberries/blueberries/blackberries/cranberries/etc) – 3/4 cup (freh/frozen)

Yogurt – 200gr

Milk – 150gr

Sugar to taste, if needed

– Blend everything until smooth 😀
