Potato with Bacon

A real quick recipe for those who as lazy as hell 😀 haha – just like me :”> This can be served alone itself (remember not to over-season) or with rice 😉

Ingredients:
Potato – 3 small
Bacon – 3-4 strips
Garlic – 2 cloves – minced
Salt n pepper

Preparation:
– Bring 500ml water (+ 2ts of salt) to a boil, meanwhile clean n cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Once the water is brought to a boil, add the potatoes n boil for about 2-3 mins (half cooked)
Rinse the half-cooked potatoes in cold water.
– Heat the pan (while cook the potatoes, of course, to cut off time). Cut bacon strips into very small pieces. Once pan is hot, throw in bacon pieces, season with salt n pepper (about 1 ts salt n 1/2 ts pepper). Fried the bacon until cooked n bacon fat is melted.
– Throw in minced garlic, stir-fry until garlic gets lightly browned (very lightly browned I mean). If needed, add 1 or 2 ts of oil to the pan.
– Lastly add in the half-cooked potatoes. Season with some more salt n pepper to taste. Stir-fry until garlic is browned, bacon is lightly-burned, n potatoes’ edges are nicely browned.
